Love is the most powerful emotion
Love is the
most powerful emotion and it can create miracles in your life.
Loving self means loving your physical self or your inner self? This question
might arise in your mind…. Loving self is loving your physical body, loving
your soul, loving your emotions and loving everything about yourself. Including your flaws…you love your flaws means you accept them and now when you
accept them you can change them. Remember no one on this earth is perfect.
Importance
of self-love
Self-love is
important as it creates very positive effect in your life, which can lead you
to a new way full of miracles that can change your entire life for good.
Miracles like change in behavior of others who dislike you, attracting more
positive people and friends in your life, attracting things that make you
happy, getting compliments, luck following you, Negative people vanishing from
your life, Improvement in health, reducing fat and many more. All these things
may sound external effects but the moment you change your internal environment
external environment also changes. So once you start loving self you shift your
thoughts from negative to positive and these positive thoughts have a ripple
effect in your life. They just spread in all directions.

Self-love
elevates your self-confidence so in order to start loving yourself make a list
of all things you love about yourself. Focus on them and give them a feeling of
love. When you start loving those things about you, it could be related to what
you do, how you do or it may be about your physical self, inner self etc., but
when you start loving it others will also fall in love with it. No matter how
you look, what you wear, what is your background or what you are today, its all
about the attitude you carry. Self-love gives you that confident attitude. Nourish
your mind, body and soul with love. You cannot love and hate at the same time.
Love will replace all the feelings of self-criticism, self-doubt with positive
and more fruitful thoughts.
Self-love or
selfishness
Don’t get
confused between self-love and selfishness. Self-love is a positive feeling it
is not being obsessed by self, it is a pure respect for oneself. It should
be used as a tool to clear inner polluted environment and convert it into a fresh
environment. How do you distinguish between self-love and selfishness? self-love
does not harm anyone this is the only one way to distinguish. And selfishness
does harm others. You will never be happy by harming others no matter how much
you love yourself.
Neglect Self-doubt
and believe in self-worth
I feel pity
for people who believe there existence depends on someone else who is a
complete different individual. People commit suicide, go in depression, or harm
oneself, it happens due to lack of self-love. The person who loves self in the
first place can never go in depression or be unhappy. How can you expect others
to care for your feelings if you yourself do not care for your feelings? A self-loving
person is a source of unlimited happiness and everyone loves such a person. Remember
life is about how you live life not how others want you to live. Love yourself
to the fullest and then only you will be able to live life to the fullest. Your
mistakes, your weaknesses do not define you. We all are humans and we cannot be
completely perfect. Don’t trust on what others say about you, those are their
thoughts and let them be limited to them. Install a antivirus in your brain and
kill the virus that creates self-doubt. If others doubt on your capability it
is ok but if you doubt on your capability it is a problem. When I was in school
I always doubted on my capabilities. I never had courage to participate in
different competitions and win them. I was not one of my teacher’s favorite
because I never created that confidence in her. It was my fault my self-doubt
pulled me back every time and I kept blaming others that they don’t give me
chance. I was capable but not confident. When I became aware of all these
things I started to work on myself. I accepted my weaknesses and changed them
into my strengths. As my internal environment changed my external environment started
to change and one after the other miracles started to happen and trust me today
I am much happier then what I was before.
