Why hardwork doesn't bring you success


Success is nothing but living life with full potential. Money, fame, position does not define success.
If you have lot of money but you are not able to enjoy it or you do not have peace  of mind then you are not successful. True Success is in enjoying the path that leads you to success. Idea of success should not be related to being on top of everything or just wanting something desperately just beacause others feel it is prestigious to have. Success does not have any form, size or structure, it differs from individual to individual.
            You may  be a doctor, engineer, teacher or a lawyer your success does not depend on how much you  you earn, it depends on how proficiently you are doing your job, are you skillfull, do you carry confidence about your work, most important is it giving you joy and satisfaction. From childhood we are conditioned to believe that one is successful if he earns good amount of money. Money is important no doubt but internal satisfaction and the feeling of joy that one gets when one follows his heart is Far more important and valuable. Good money, position, fame are all the side effects of being successful and all are external factors. What matters is internal joy. If your work gives you joy and a feeling of satisfaction then in the real sense you are successful.


What brings success?

       Fate or luck are not in our hands only one thing is in our hands and that is effort. So putting 100 percent effort is very much essential in order to accomplish your goal.
 
         But remember one thing blind effort does not give you success. Effort means right action taken at right place and at right time. All successful people know how to do things in a right way. There are thousands of students in a college but very few succeed , why? What do rest of the students lack? It is nothing but smart work and not hard work. We all are so much conditioned from our childhood to believe that only hard work brings us success, but that's not true. If we put little smart effort by taking  help of our smart brain we can create wonders in life.

Do not cheat

With smart work I do not mean cheating or using any sort of shortcut.  Cheaters don't have love for what they do. They don't want success, they just want to win.
    Smart work means thinking out of the box or using little bit of your intelligence and creating your own way.

Don't be a donkey?

Blind effort is equivalent to a work that donkey does. You surely don't want to be a donkey. So open your eyes be attentive, increase your capability, take efforts, do research and master your work.
     Remember only big desires, belief in god, depending on luck will not bring you success.
Success will come, first learn to enjoy your work, follow your heart, put smart effort and never give
up.

Steps to Success

1. Identify your talent
2. Enhance your competence
3. Master your work
4. Do smart work-  right action at right place and at right time
5. Enjoy the process don't worry about the end result
6. Put consistent effort don't give up
7. Accomplish your goal

Along with the above steps find out your own way to understand yourself, find your hidden talents 
take a look within you and understand whether you have all the qualities that are required for accomplishment of your goal. If you wake up late and have lazy lifestyle then change it. If you get irritated easily or you are not consistent enough while doing something then you should first take efforts to change these negative qualities. Take a look into the past and see how many times you failed and why, and when you get answer of that why then take efforts towards not repeating those things again.
Success is easy once you master yourself..... success doesn't define you, you define success....
